The 19th Asia-Pacific Conference on Giftedness (APCG)

1. Visa Types & Eligibility

Tourist Visa – For speakers, general attendees, educators, and students. The tourist visa will also allow you to take part in Umrah (excluding Hajj).

2. Visa Application Process

  • Step 1: Check eligibility for a Saudi eVisa (available for selected countries).
  • Step 2: Apply online through the official Saudi Visa Portal or through an accredited travel agency.
  • Step 3: Submit required documents, including a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), recent photographs, and proof of accommodation.
  • Step 4: Pay the visa processing fee.
  • Step 5: Wait for approval (processing times vary from a few hours to a few weeks).

3. Required Documents

  • Passport with at least six months validity.

  • Flight and accommodation booking confirmations.
  • Travel health insurance (required for some visa types).
  • Any additional documents specified by the Saudi authorities.
