1. Introduction

Welcome to the 19th Asia-Pacific Conference on Giftedness (APCG) website. By registering for and participating in this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

• Registration Fees: All participants must pay the applicable registration fees in full prior to the commencement of the conference.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Online payment option available on payment page. Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the participant.
• Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable taxes, including a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per Saudi Arabian regulations.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Participant:Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please note that we practice a no-refund policy, and all payments made are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Organizers: The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer registration to the rescheduled event.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials presented at the conference are the intellectual property of the respective presenters and the APCG. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the conference. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own insurance.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
