The most convenient and reliable mode of transport within Jeddah for leisure is by taxi. Participants and accompanying adults may use ride-hailing apps such as Uber, Careem, or Ego. These services are widely available, safe, and can be booked easily via smartphone.

Youth Summit

Airport transfers for youth and chaperones will be included in the participation fee for the Youth Summit and arranged by the conference organizers.

Daily group transportation will be arranged for all participants between accommodations, the summit venue, and activity sites. All transport will be supervised and managed by the summit team.

Medical Concerns

Yes, there is a dedicated on-site clinic available at both the North Obhur and Corniche campuses. Each clinic is staffed with qualified nurses and clinicians during summit hours to attend to any minor medical concerns.

In the event of a medical emergency, immediate first aid will be administered by the on-site medical staff. If further treatment is needed, the participant will be transported to the nearest hospital or clinic.

Insurance

While travel insurance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for all participants. The insurance should ideally cover medical expenses, trip cancellations or delays, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances during travel. Participants are encouraged to choose a plan that best suits their individual needs and travel plans.
